Mobile Telescopic Cranes Ltd is celebrating an impressive 40 years in business, marking four decades in the lifting industry while continuing to invest in its fleet, people and technology.
Alongside the anniversary, MTC has also welcomed a new crane to its fleet, continuing a long-standing commitment to providing customers with reliable and professional lifting services.
Over the past year, the team has also been using CapjaDocs to modernise the way important documentation is managed and shared.
“We’ve been using Capjadocs for just over 12 months, and it’s transformed the way we manage our documentation.”
MTC uses CapjaDocs to manage operator records, including CPCS information and licences, as well as LOLER certificates for its machines. QR codes positioned across the fleet provide quick access to the latest information, helping ensure the right documentation is readily available when required.
The system is also being used extensively for project documentation.
“One of the standout features for us is the QR code functionality. Not only does it provide instant access to individual certificates, but we also use it extensively on larger projects by creating a single QR code containing all of the relevant documentation, RAMS, lift plans, certificates, and supporting information.”
This gives MTC a simple way to bring project information together and share it with customers without relying on multiple emails, attachments or paper documents.
